Children Rescued from a Garbage Dump in Okahandja Namibia

Support for Those that Support Orphans

Meet Paulina.  See the garbage heap behind her?  Because of the aids and COVID epidemic, there are many orphans in Africa.  Paulina has rescued 120 children from this dump. She houses them, feeds them and clothes them. She put all 120 in school and all 120 are still in school.

In Namibia, many people have moved from the land to the city to seek employment and a better life. They find an empty piece of grand and set up a shake to live in. In Namibia, due to the climate, these are usual out of corrugated aluminum. This 'Shantytown' is North of Windhoek, and is about 10 by 15 kilometers.  Most of these buildings are dwelling. There are also businesses.

Many women set up “preschools” which are really baby sitting activity to help other women who go into town for a job. We would like to support and help these women “entrepreneurs” to help them provide a better experience for the children.

If you think a woman like Paulina deserves support, and would like to help, please help us achieve our goals by making a donation.
